What People said about our Scotland Climbing Courses
We recently got back from a successful climb of Island Peak via Everest Base Camp with Ian Taylor Trekking. There’s no one I’d rather be on the mountain with. Here’s why: In my estimation there are three main things to consider when choosing a trekking/expedition company: - their approach to you - their approach to their staff and local community - their approach to the challenge Ian Taylor Trekking’s approach to all three is excellent. They tailor your preparation from the moment you enquire to when you take your first step on the mountain to suit your personal needs, making sure you are fully equipped mentally, physically and with the right gear. Once there, the health, safety, needs and well being of staff and clients are at the forefront of everything that’s done. Their approach to the terrain, the altitude and the mountain in general is highly professional, but they make it great fun too. All this is reflected in their success rates, the happiness of their staff and how many of their clients return for more! There are very few companies that take this level of care and attention towards all aspects of their trips to the more extreme parts of the world. There’s no one I’d rather be on the mountain with. The only question is; which trip to go for next!
