QUESTION:
The bag>> I have been using the Karrimor Trail 35ltr for few years. It fits me well and is very stable and solid on my back. My back knows this bag as there have been some heavy days 10>>12kg++. The bag does NOT have a space between my back and the bag for air flow. I have found that the bag is good especially in wind as it sits close to my back. In the larger sports/outdoor shops here at home I have been told by staff who have done Mt. Blanc that a 35ltr bag is big enough.
What do you think? Should I buy another bag?

ANSWER:
YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIT ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING HARNESS, CRAMPONS, KIT IN THE BAG, YOU CAN ATTACH AN ICE AXE TO THE PACKPACK BUT YOU DON’T IT NEEDS TO HAVE GOOD WAIST SUPPORT, CLOSE YOUR BACK AND BE A MOUNTAINEERING BAG. I WILL SEND YOU A PICTURE OF MY BAG AND SUNGLASSES. MY MOUNTAINEERING PACKPACK IS 50LTR
