Trek and climb Gran Paradiso

The Tour of Gran Paradiso is an adventurous six day trek through spectacular Italian National Parkland around Gran Paradiso.
This stunning week of trekking culminates with an ascent of the 4,061m(13,323ft) peak of Gran Paradiso. We will cross onto the southern side of the National Park and explore one of the most remote areas in this part of the Alps.
The land the park encompasses, was initially protected in order to protect the Alpine Ibex, a wild mountain goat found in this part of the Alps but now also protects other species.

If you are looking to ease your way into Alpine climbing and enjoy trekking in the Alps, this is the trip for you. You will spend plenty of time acclimatizing for your summit of Italy’s highest peak, surrounded by the immense beauty of the Italian Alps.
