Granshaw Presbyterian Church, Comber  –  EVEREST TO THE TOP PRESENTATION. Ian Taylor speaks in Belfast. 
Join us on Sunday 11th August at 3pm at Granshaw Presbyterian, Comber when Fields of Life Ambassador Ian Taylor speaks in Belfast about his experiences on Mount Everest and how it has impacted upon hundreds of children in Uganda.
In 2007 – 2008 Ian and a friend climbed four mountains on four continents to build a school with Fields of Life in Kitandwe Uganda. Ian has climbed Kilimanjaro 18 times and leads treks and climbs around the world.
Fields of Life are currently planning for a Charity Challenge Trek on Kilimanjaro in August 2016. If this is something you would be interested in and would like to find out more then we encourage you to come along to hear Ian speak about his adventures and ask questions about climbing Kilimanjaro.
The following day, Monday 12th August, Fields of Life CEO, Richard Spratt will begin his Cycle for Water Challenge in which he is aiming to cycle nearly 600 miles over a 6 day period to raise money for our water drilling programme in east Africa! The event will run from Monday 12th Saturday to 17th August with cyclists joining Richard for a day or maybe more! The event on Sunday 11th will be a great opportunity to launch the event and wish Richard and the cyclists well in their cycle challenge. Please come along and show your support to the team!!
